Just moved to Camas and had a contractor that was in our crawl space and said we had water. Marcus Williams from John's Waterproofing Company was here this morning to investigate. He said the area was dry and measured the humidity levels and inspected for mold. He did not recommend doing anything as the area was clean and dry. I'm writing this referral because it's always nice to find a company that is honest and capable. If we have any waterproofing issues in the future, I will be using John's Waterproofing Company without a doubt.

We had our annual service today, like every other year. John's Waterproofed our basement in the mid-1970s  and it has stayed dry since then. That is why we continue to use and refer your company.

We had a terrific experience with John's. They have gone above and beyond to help us with an inherited problem our home inspector missed. We now have a dry basement and they come out each year for a check and update as needed. They are worth every penny!

This crew was 'spot on'- great work ethic, quality craftsmanship and very personable. I personally thoroughly inspected the installation and it was flawless.

Thank you to Ramon, Ivan and Jake for their part in addressing water problems at the Hulbert house in mid-October. Because my daughter Julie needed to be at work, I was recruited from Kennewick, Washington to be present during that phase of the project. Ramon kept us well informed of work in progress with pictures and explanations of steps needed to do the job properly. All the guys took special care to keep things as clean as possible, which was not an easy task with mud. I believe the job will be completed this week now that it's dry enough to insulate the walls. Installed drain channel in garage to drain water leaking up through the floor and also down the wall. They were a few minutes late but had the courtesy to call and inform us. They were very nice and professional. Would definitely use them again.
