Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner called to request some crawlspace repairs. They knew some odd odors were wafting up from under the home, but couldn't get under the home to address the problem themselves. Our design specialist discovered falling fiberglass insulation, mud over the old vapor barrier, and mildew growing. To make the space dry and healthy we installed a full encapsulation. 

This homes crawl space had an issue with moisture. They also frequently found slugs and saw evidence of rodents in this space. Looking to keep the area clear of critters and potential water problems, they wanted to get an encapsulation. 

This space before had a dirt floor and torn 6"mill plastic. Our team went in and cleaned up the space. We also installed a sanidry so the air is fresh and clean. The clean space system has done its part to make this a work ready addition to the families home. 

This homes crawlspace had humidity issues and a very muddy floor, which made keeping a 6 Mil vapor barrier in place, very difficult. To address the homes needs we did a full encapsulation.
