This crawlspace was wet and muddy before we came in, now these customers can enjoy having a dry and healthy crawlspace for years to come!
This homeowner called because their older home had a basement they were using for storage. Water was leaking into the basement every time it would rain. They were becoming very frustrated because their stuff was getting water damage and the basement started to get a gross smell. Our crew went out and installed our patented WaterGuard system that is a special basement drainage system that goes along the basement wall and will drain into our SuperSump pump. To give the basement a nice finished look we also installed our BrightWall paneling that works in conjunction with our WaterGuard system. Now when it rains this homeowner won't have to worry about leakage and the basement looks nice and bright for years to come.
Sump Pumps work best when they can have annual service. When left unchecked they can accumulate silt and sediment which can lead to flooding the Sump Pump.
This house had two separate crawlspaces and on one of the crawlspaces water had been leaking and had standing water. The homeowner attempted to install their own sump pump to try and drain the standing water out and fix the problem. Much to their efforts they still had standing water and the pump wouldn't drain properly. The homeowner gave us a call to come out and see what we could do to fix the sump pump and get their crawlspace dry and healthy. We replaced their sump pump install and installed our Smart sump pump. The SmartSump is designed for crawlspaces and allows easy access, it is an airtight fitted pump that doesn't cause bunching in the vapor barrier. These homeowners were relieved to finally have a properly installed sump pump that took care of the standing water and drained it out away from the house.
The low point was in their driveway, and they wanted something to help prevent it from going into their home. The previous owner had a trench drain installed, but it wasn't deep enough, so the water was flooding out of the drain. So we pulled out the old one and dug it out so it would be 12in x 12in. Giving the water enough space to drain without causing any damage to the garage or home.
