This home's sump pump was suffering. It was too small to handle the amount of water that the home saw, and was clogged. They needed to upgrade their crawl space game, and for this they chose John's Waterproofing encapsulation. They had the space encapsulated with our 20 mil CleanSpace and a TripleSafe sump pump to help control the moisture buildup in the space. 

Having a sump pump that can do the job, makes a world of difference. This homes crawl space would flood. The owners would have to change out their vapor barrier often and they tried a DIY approach. But water kept creeping up in this space, and the sump pump would clog. It ended up more of a hassle. To get the right machine for the job, the owners ended up calling up John's Waterproofing.
