Waterproofing a Monolithic Foundation in Creswell, OR

We use a product called Drytrak that alows us to waterproof the basement without having to jack hammer into the floor. This job is a unique case and ended up having drytrack installed along with a drainage pipe system running in the middle of the floor and connecting to the sump pump to collect the water coming up from the floor.
