This customer called with concerns about standing water in the crawlspace. Our inspector went out and recommended we do a crawlspace encapsulation to secure and protect this crawlspace. Our crew went out and removed all the sagging insulation and old ripped vapor barrier. We installed our TripleSafe sump pump that has three pumps to ensure the high capacity of water drainage along with a WaterWatch Alert system that will sound off to notify you if there is a leak or any other issue to avoid damage. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier that will keep the air clean of mold spores and dust mites but also keep the humidity down to avoid moisture in the crawlspace. Then we seal it closed with our CleanSpace liner that keeps water out and is puncture resistant.
The homeowner was so happy to have a dry crawlspace and not having to worry about water again.
