The customer had rats eating their way into the floorboards from the crawl space from a broken vent. Which was also allowing water to intrude and damage the supporting beams for the foundation. Making the home sag in some locations due to weak support. We replaced the vapor barrier and fixed the rotted wood posts. Making the foundation secure once again.
