This customer in Lake Oswego called into our office needing her crawl space looked at. She knew she was interested in waterproofing and wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong underneath her house. We sent out one of our Design Specialists to go over all of the waterproofing options with her and they both agreed that a full encapsulation was the best route. Shortly after, one of our teams of professionals were out and they were able to clean out the crawl space, do repairs to some of the support beams underneath the house and then they got started on the encapsulation. Our crews installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to stop any moisture that existed. They then installed a SaniDry Sedona SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump sump pump keeps out insects and odors and has a built-in alarm for when water levels rise too high. It also offers reliability and high-volume pumping when needed. They then installed the patented CleanSpace antimicrobial woven vapor barrier and finished off with Spray Foam insulation, all working together to keep the crawl space clean and dry. Ensuring that the customer is only getting clean air into her home for many many years.
