Photo Album: Old rodent damage evident in Crawl Space - Washougal, WA

Jim had previously had rodents in his crawl space who had wreaked havoc to his insulation and the black visqueen. He had seen ads for John's Waterproofing on TV so he gave us a call to see what could be done to fix the damage and prevent further issues. After his free inspection, it was agreed that doing a full encapsulation was the best option.  Manuel and his team were out to his home and in no time they had the crawl space cleaned out and ready for encapsulation. The encapsulation process consisted of a SaniDry dehumidifier, a Smart Sump pumping system, the CleanSpace vapor barrier, Spray Foam insulation, and new vent covers.  Now, not only will our customer have a rodent-free crawl space but he also has a clean crawl space that runs efficiently and will continue to do so for many years.
