Photo Album: From DIY Sump Pump to a TripleSafe Sump Pump - West Linn, OR
The homeowners had done their research and created their own sump pump in the lowest spot of their crawlspace. Over the years it had worked pretty well, some water pooling would occur, but nothing to much could be seen. However an odd smell was growing, and unbeknownst to the homeowners, mold was starting to grow on the wood because of water condensation being held in the old insulation. To keep the home dry and healthy we did an encapsulation to really stop water issues from occurring, this also properly insulates the crawlspace, and includes a SaniDry dehumidifier to keep the air healthy.
