Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Otis, Oregon Basement gets Waterproofed

We came out to this basement where water was seeping in through the walls and flooring. We installed WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump to catch all the water seepage. Then we installed the ThermalDry wall system that acts as a vapor barrier and reflects heat back into the basement, keeping it dry and warm.

WaterGuard had the cement laid back over with the inspection port visible for future service with the ThermalDry wall system.

The crew laid down drain mat on the uneven surfaces to direct water to the WaterGuard system.

A TripleSafe sump pump and a UltraSump back up battery was installed to collect the water and pump it out of the basement.
