This basement was previously finished when water started leaking through and damaged all of the floors and drywall! We came in and tore out all the wet and soggy parts and installed our WaterGuard system along with two sump pumps and the Thermaldry wall system, all of these products work together to ensure no water ever touches your basement again. Now they are prepped and ready to refinish the basement without worry!

Trying to get as much water mopped up as they could, they didn't realize the damage the water was doing to the basement walls.

We had to remove all of the damaged walls and flooring bringing it back to concrete walls so we could waterproof this home.

Trenching and laying down the waterguard with the Thermaldry wall attached to the waterguard to funnel water to the drain system.

The sump is in a discrete location in the basement so it will practically be invisible to the homeowners.
