This couple called us because they had a partially finished basement that had been experiencing water damage. They also felt it was time for an upgrade on their basement floor. We went out and installed our basement WaterGuard drainage system that goes along the basement wall. Along with our SuperSump pump and Sanidry dehumidifier. After taking care of the water issues they were experiencing we recommended our ThermalDry Elite basement flooring. The homeowners loved the look and also loved that it worked alongside the WaterGuard drainage system. ThermalDry Wall

ThermalDry Wall is a flexible material that gets installed against the basement wall. It works alongside our WaterGuard system and helps reflect heat back into the basement.

During WaterGuard install

When installing WaterGuard we cut the cement out around six inches to install it flush with the floor.

WaterGuard Drainage

We installed our WaterGuard drain system that goes around the basement walls and it can't be seen after the cement dries.

Basement Flooring

Our crews installed ThermalDry Elite plank flooring that is made of inorganic material which is perfect for the basement. You don't have to worry about warping or other damage.

SuperSump

We installed our SuperSump pump in this basement that is high-volume pumping and with an airtight lid that is safe and keeps odors out.
