Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Weeping Basement Walls in Amity, OR
This homeowner had purchased a fixer-upper and was excited of all the space and potential it had. They had been using the basement as their master bedroom, and they started to notice that the cement wall was disintegrating in some spots and what had been used when the home was built for waterproofing was peeling off. They gave us a call to come out and see what we could do to stop the water coming in. Unfortunately, when we came it the wall had to much water damage and we had to demo half of the wall. The inspector suggested doing an interior drainage system to keep the water from flooding the basement. Along with a special wall panel designed just for basements. The homeowner was so happy that we took care of the water issue and they could enjoy their master bedroom for years to come.
