Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Natural Spring Leaks in Basement in Newberg, OR
This homeowner had a natural spring that was causing leaking in one corner of the basement. The issue had been occurring off and on for almost twenty years. The homeowners were starting to notice some damage and a very strong smell coming into the house from the basement. Our inspector went out and looked into the damage that was caused to the walls and how to fix the problem. Our crews went in and installed our interior drainage system WaterGuard that goes around the perimeter of the basement. Along with the perimeter drains it all runs to our TripleSafe sump pump. To give a great finished look we installed our BrightWall paneling. The customer was so relieved that after all these years their basement will be free of standing water and they can finally use it for storage.
Sump Pump
When installing our sump pumps they sit flush with the ground to optimize space. This is the start of installing our TripleSafe sump pump. That is a three pump system that runs based on the amount of water being drained.
Interior Drainage
Our crew installed our patented WaterGuard system that sits flush with the basement floor so when it is completely installed you can't see it. It silently drains all the water down to the sump pump.
Basement Paneling
We installed our BrightWall paneling that is specially designed for basements. It's made up of inorganic material that can't rot away or have mold growth.

Both special designed WaterGuard and BrightWall paneling work alongside each other to give optimal water protection.
