Our customer who lives in Corvallis had some standing water in his crawl space and some water damage to the posts in his crawl space. David had seen one of our trucks and decided to give us a call to see what could be done. He was worried about the quality of air he was breathing and worried about the water causing damage. Our Design Specialist Daniel Mitchell gladly went out to take a look. Sure enough, there was both standing water and some damage due to improper drainage. This was also affecting the insulation. All of us here at John's Waterproofing Company are very aware of the negative affects these issues can cause to homes and to the people who live there being accredited with the American Lung Association. So we sent Manuel and his team out and they were able to fix the posts with SmartJacks, installed a SaniDry UltraSump sump pump, a SaniDry Smart Sump sump pump in the crawl space and put in a WaterGuard drain system which protects the structure of his home. David is now breathing clean air and we were happy to help him obtain that piece of mind. His structure is also secure and energy-efficient.
