This customer of ours in Vancouver WA called in stating that he had some concerns that the equipment in his basement wasn't functioning as it should be. It had been a few years since he had anyone come out and service his existing equipment, so our crews went out to take a look and they found some ducts that weren't operating properly and there was evidence of moisture. After removing the older equipment and debris that had accumulated they quickly got started on encapsulating the space with CleanSpace. Installed was a SaniDry XP dehumidifier which is great at reducing humidity in larger spaces. They put in a SaniDry upper and lower duct kit, Spray Foam, and CleanSpace vapor barrier. The customer now can rest assured knowing that his basement is running smoothly, stays dry and humidity-free and also helps him consume less energy.
