This customer found our company on the internet one day while he was trying to investigate his concerns about the health of the underneath of his house including moisture issues. John's Waterproofing has been keeping basements and crawl spaces clean and dry since 1974 so he felt confident he was calling the right company. Upon inspecting his crawl space there were obvious signs of moisture damage, including moisture ridden posts to the supports of his home. We sent our crews out to do a full encapsulation of his crawl space. Installed was a SaniDry Smart Sump Pump which has a Zoeller 1/3 hp cast-iron pump and an automatic float switch. A Sedona SaniDry Dehumidifier that stops mold growth, CleanSpace antimicrobial woven fiber vapor barrier, new vent covers, Spray Foam and did the repairs needed to the posts that had the moisture damage. Our customer now has a clean, dry environment that will cut costs to his energy usage and that he can rely on for years.
