We sent out our Design Specialist Vincent B. out to take a look. He quickly found signs of water damage and quickly got our customer on the schedule. Gordon and his crew went out and got to work. They removed all of the old debris and prepared the crawl space for waterproofing. They did some repairs to some of the posts that had been damaged by moisture. They put in SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to dry out the space and installed a SaniDry Sedona Smart Sump Pump which is the best available. They have an airtight lid, WaterWatch Alarms, and have IceGuard discharge line protectors that will keep the water flowing away from your home. The crawl space was encapsulated with CleanSpace ensuring that the area stays dry for many years.
