This customer had a dirty, unmaintained crawl space with some water damage that needed to be taken care of for this property. Nathan took his crew out and they got to work cleaning up the space. After removing all of the water damaged material they proceed to do a full encapsulation of the crawl space. Installed was a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to eliminate the humidity and a SaniDry Super Sump Pump to pump out any excess water. They encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace and finished off with Spray Foam Insulation. The customer now has a crawl space that will stay dry and clean and is virtually maintenance-free for many many years.
