Customer called in because he knew his crawl space needed some attention as no one had been under his house ofr a long time. Our Design Specialist Daniel went and crawled underneath Karl's house and found that the insulation was sagging in some spots and the visqueen was torn and dirty which usually is evidence of moisture damage or rodent activity. Daniel suggested CleanSpace encapsulation and Karl agreed. Our crew were out to Krl's house and within just a few days were able to clean out the crawl space and remove the debris. They did some repairs to the posts that were needed and installed a SaniDry UltraSump Pump which is an automatic, DC - powered sump pump. They installed a SuperSump that will pump hte water out of the basement and a SaniDry Dehumidifier to keep the basement dry. The CleanSpace antimicrobial woven fiber was put in to encapsulate the crawl space and Spray Foam for insulation.  Karl is now very pleased with his crawl space and knowing that all equipment is in proper order and working efficiently and guarnteed for a long time.
