In this crawl space in Scapoose, WA our customer was very concerned about the mold content there might be from moisture as she had severe allergies to mold. Our Design Specialist went out and did find some water ridden, sagging insulation, moisture that had caused some molding to the beams of her house and standing water. He suggested a full encapsulation of the crawl space and she agreed. We were then able to go out and clean up all of the debris that had built up, take care of the posts that had begun to rot and took out the insulation. In its place, our crew was able to install a SaniDry Sedona XP Dehumidifier to keep moisture and humidity out of the crawl space. Installed a SaniDry TripleSafe sump pump to provide the ultimate protection against crawl space leaks and moisture issues. They isolated the posts underneath the house and installed CleanSpace to ensure the crawl space stayed dry and provided the customer with clean air into their home for many many years. Customer is relieved to know she no longer has to worry about the air quality in her home.
