Here is a customer who called into our office after seeing one of our trucks out driving which reminded him that he had been wanting some direction as to what could be done to help take care of his crawl space that had had some noticeable rodent activity, was dirty as a result and customer was also concerned about possible mold growth. After our Design Specialist, Carolann went out and crawled the crawl space she suggested a CleanSpace encapsulation, our customer agreed and soon after crews were on their way to start the project.  After getting the crawl space cleaned out and rid of all of the rodent damaged items they put in a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to stop the moisture. They wrapped the entire crawl space with CleanSpace no ensure no water or rodents were able to enter. CleanSpace also helps keep the humidity down as to ensure a healthy crawl space and then finished with Spray Foam insulation helping to keep energy consumption down. Our customer now has a dry healthy crawl space that he knows John's Waterproofing stands behind and will come and service once a year eliminating any worries or concerns to the customer.
