Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: CleanSpace in McMinnville, OR

This customer in McMinnville, Oregon called into our office with concerns about the health of the crawl space in the home that she was purchasing. We had one of our Inspectors go out and they found that there was standing water in the crawlspace and some signs of rodent activity. We had one of our production crews here at John's Waterproofing out to her property as soon as possible and got started on the project. The debris was removed from the crawl space and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to stop the moisture within the crawl space and then there were some repairs done to the water damaged support posts. A SaniDry SmartSump pump was installed which works in correlation with the CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep the crawl space dry and odor-free. We then replaced the old insulation with Spray Foam insulation keeping the energy usage low saving the customer money from month to month.
