Here is a customer in Portland, Oregon who suffers from asthma and allergies, has a damp crawl space, and knows that this affects his breathing. In no time at all, we had one of our crews out to his home to get started on a full encapsulation of his crawl space. They removed all of the debris from the crawl space and installed a SaniDry XP dehumidifier to keep any moisture out of the air. A SmartSump pump system was also installed to continually pump water out of the crawl space and then installed the patented CleanSpace material for the encapsulation which is an antimicrobial woven fiber to keep your crawl space dry for many years. Spray Foam was added for insulation and now this customer not only has a dry, allergen-free crawl space, but he is also consuming less energy.
