This customer was interested in having his crawl space waterproofed, had heard of John's Waterproofing before and so decided to give us a call. An appointment with Vinny was made and when Vinny went out to this customer's house he found evidence of moisture and rodent droppings. He suggested an encapsulation and the customer agreed this was what he wanted to do. In just a few short days the crawl space was cleaned out and dry after using a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. They then installed a SmartSump pump system which is designed for crawl spaces. They encapsulated the crawl space with patented CleanSpace sealing off all of the vents and finished off with Spray Foam insulation. The customer now has a crawl space that is clean, dry, rodent-free, and that runs efficiently.
