Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Messy Crawlspace due to water damage - Forest Grove, OR

John called into our office knowing that his crawl space was a mess and he needed our help. He has a pretty large crawl space that he was unable to use because there was a lot of moisture issues, falling insulation, and debris build-up. Vinny went out and did a free inspection for John and suggested doing a full encapsulation. John agreed and the job was scheduled.  Foreman, Jeremy, and his team were out to John's not long after and were able to clean out the crawl space and encapsulate the area. First taking care of the support posts that needed some attention, using SmartJack. Then they installed a SaniDry dehumidifier, a SuperSump Plus, CleanSpace vapor barrier, new vent covers, and Spray Foam insulation. All working together provide John with a dry, usable crawl space that will stay that way and run efficiently for a long time.
