Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Standing water, sagging floors in Crawlspace - Hillsboro, OR

Diana and Michael noticed some standing water in their crawl space. They had heard about John's Waterproofing from friends and knew that we were a local company and very reliable. An appointment was made with our inspector Daniel to see what were the best fixes would be. He explained to them the benefits of encapsulating your crawl space and suggested replacing some of their support posts with Smart Jacks. Shortly after, Foreman Michael took his crew and they got to work. The process entailed cleaning out the crawl space and removing all of the older equipment. A SaniDry dehumidifier was put in along with a Smart Sump pump. They took care of the damaged posts with Smart Jacks, laid down the CleanSpace vapor barrier and Spray Foam insulation. This system is extremely reliable and efficient. Diana and Michael now have a completely dry crawl space that will remain that way for a very long time.
