Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Dry Rot damage in Crawlspace in Portland, OR

Rosemary had some weakness in the flooring of her laundry room and kitchen due to dry rot so she called into John's Waterproofing to see what her options were. Jacob came out to take a look and they discussed stabilizing the support posts underneath the home along with fully encapsulating the crawl space. Rosemary was excited to get her home repaired and healthy.  Jeremy and his team were out and in no time the encapsulation process which included debris removal, SmartJacks, a SaniDry dehumidifier, Smart Drain, CleanSpace, and CleanSpcae. Once that was done, Fernando, then put in Spray Foam insulation. These components all working together to keep Rosemary's crawl space healthy and dry for years and years.
