That's when he called John's Waterproofing, got his free inspection scheduled. Vinny went over the process and benefits of encapsulation with the homeowner and that's when the work began. This crawl space cleaned out by Jeremy and his team and then they installed the SaniDry Sedona, a SuperSump Plus, Terra Block, CleanSpace, a vent cover, and then Fernando came in and applied Spray Foam insulation.
