When Jacob went out to do a free inspection of Nancy's crawl space he found some standing water in places and suggested to Nancy that she have her crawl space encapsulated by Lupe to prevent any further damage or mold from forming. It only took a few days for Lupe and his crew to have the crawl space cleaned out and dry using a SaniDry. Mold X was applied, a Smart Sump and an UltraSump were put in and then the CleanSpace vapor barrier, new vent covers, and Spray Foam insulation all working together to keep this crawl space dry and moisture-free for a very long time.
