Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: The Basement Waterproofing Process - Portland, OR
This basement had some leaky walls and the moisture would seep into the items that were stored here. The homeowners would have to pull the items out from the walls to ensure the boxes and miscellaneous items wouldn't absorb the water and grow mold. To solve this issue, we installed a full interior parameter with perforated pipe drainage system. This had BrightWall panels installed on the walls to direct wall moisture safely down into the drain system. The system then graded the water to the TripleSafe sump pump and then out and away from the foundation to a LawnScape outlet.
