When working on a basement, waterproofing from the interior gives the home a long term solution, and is much less destructive to the home. Waterproofing from the exterior involves digging out from the home far enough to ensure the homes foundation is going to be safe and the dirt wont just sludge into the space we are aiming to waterproof. By going from the interior we can provide a drainage solution that is easy to maintain, has a clean and smooth finish, and is backed by our warranties to keep your home dry and healthy.

The home had a water issue, to try to control the water spread a dehumidifier was installed, but it wasn't enough.

Digging an Interior Trench

Using a jackhammer we dig a trench by the foundation wall and remove the chunks

WaterGuard is Installed

We lay down a bed of gravel and installed the WaterGuard on top. The walls are covered with a waterproofing option (in this case a CleanSpace wall barrier) to ensure any wall moisture is safely diverted to the drain system.

Smooth Finish

We cover up the WaterGuard, installing check points along the way for easy cleaning and service. We then install a SaniDry dehumidifier and will finish cleaning up.
