Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Leaking Water into Finished Basement - Portland, OR
This homeowner called up when they found water was leaking into their basement. It had been finished a while back, but water was evident, particularly in their bathroom. They called up John's after seeing our yard sign in one of their neighbors yards. To remedy the issue we had to remove the damaged portions of the space. We then installed our WaterGuard, TripleSafe Sump Pump, ThermalDry Radiant Vapor Barrier, and a SaniDry dehumidifier.

The flooring was pulled up, Fiberglass pulled out, and the space was dried out
Drainage System and Sump Pump
The System was hooked up to collect all water in the drain system, to then be pumped out and away from the home
Proper Water Discharge
The water in pumped away from the home and a pipe will run the water to the new LawnScape outlet
