Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Water Leaking up into the Basement in Ridgefield, WAS

This homes basement had cracks and water issues. The homeowners had tried to apply a waterproof paint to the foundation walls, but the water was still coming up through the foundation floor. To fully solve the homes issue, they called John's Waterproofing after seeing us in a local magazine. We ended up installing a full drainage system using both WaterGuard and Leech Lines, a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace Wall System, and a SaniDry Dehumidifier.

Water Creeping up through Cracks

The basement was damp and musty, cracks were found through the room along the floor

Drainage System

A full perimeter drainage system is created with a Jackhammer, including leech lines to address the floor cracks

Leech Lines

The leech lines have a bed of gravel and a pipe system installed to collect water and guide it out to the WaterGuard drainage system

Wall System

The CleanSpace wall system will ensure any water from the walls is guided to the below drainage system

TripleSafe Sump Pump

The water is all guided to the TripleSafe sump pump to be pumped out and away from the homes foundation
