Poorly Sealed Vapor Barrier
The vapor barrier was loosely fitted and not properly sealed causing it to pull and warp.
Falling Insulation
The fiberglass insulation was drooping and falling down as the water damage crept throughout the Crawlspace.
Wood Rot
With the high humidity, water condensation was found along the upper beams and was rotting the homes floor beams.

Cleanspace is securely placed and sealed so that it is safe to walk on.
Sump Pump and Dehumidifier
Our crew installed a SaniDry dehumidifier to regulate the condensation issues that the basement faced. We also installed our Smart Drain Sump Pump to collect water and direct it away from the home.
Top it off with Spray Foam
To fully seal and protect the home, we did a spray foam to help the home regulate temperature and seal it off. Spray Foam also doesn't pose the issue of water damage that comes with fiberglass.
