With moisture concerns about the crawlspace, this homeowner called up John's for a full inspection and to discuss their homes options. Upon inspection a lot of mold was found, as well as two wooden posts that would need to be upgraded to SmartJacks. We also installed a full Encapsulation to protect the home, keeping it dry and healthy.

We laid TerraBlock insulation over the dirt floor and isolated the wooden posts with the vapor barrier being installed under the post

Dedicated Outlet

To ensure continuous power to the sump pump and dehumidifier our Electrical division installs a new outlet on it's own breaker to protect the system from being overloaded
