This homeowners last home had a flooding issue that we solved with a crawlspace encapsulation. They enjoyed learning the science behind our system and getting to experience the difference it made. Now in a new home, they could tell that this homes system was not up to their standards. They called up John's Waterproofing to have an inspection for their new home, going into the appointment knowing they would want to have a full encapsulation installed.

CleanSpace

CleanSpace is a 20 Mil vapor barrier with woven fibers to reinforce it and deter critters

Vapor Barrier Installed

CleanSpace goes under each wooden post, anchors to the walls, and is fully sealed into place

Finished Project

The home is insulated with TerraBlock along the dirt floor, Spray Foam along the walls, and the space is cleaned up.
