Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Stabilizing Home from the Crawl Space - Ridgefield, WA

This homes crawl space had eleven wooden posts that were no longer stabilizing the home. A few lifted off their footings, and the rest were at an angle from the home shifting to try to stand on those hanging posts. The homeowners knew a problem was occurring when they noticed their floor was sloped and they had a bounce to them. After seeing our ad in a local magazine, they called us up for a free inspection. To assist we installed SmartJacks which will lift the home to where it should be and can be adjusted to support the home as needed over the years. We also installed our Pipe, Pump, and Plastic to keep the space dry, stable, and healthy. The 6 Mil vapor barrier installed will need to be replaced or upgraded in a few years.
