This homeowner called us up in need of crawl space repair and waterproofing. They could smell the crawl space in their living spaces, saying it smelled wet and nasty. We scheduled them for a free inspection and found their old fiberglass was a mess of damp, drooping insulation. There were rodent droppings, and some of the wooden posts were not doing their jobs. To solve the issue we did a full encapsulation and replaced two wooden posts with SmartJacks.
