Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Looking for Crawl Space Repairs - Monmouth, OR

This homeowner had purchased the home a few years back, knowing from the previous owner that the crawl space would leak periodically. After living here though, it was more often than expected and the crawl space would need some repairs. To address the issues with a long-term solution, John's Waterproofing was called up.

Before Repairs

The old vapor barrier had dust and spots of mud on it. The old fiberglass was musty and falling in places.

Installing Drainage

A drainage line in a silt sock was installed to collect groundwater and send it to the newly installed sump pump.

Sealed up

We lay in TerraBlock insulation over the dirt floor and then our CleanSpace vapor barrier.

Sump Pump and Dehumidifier

The new sump pump will keep groundwater pumping safely away from the home and the dehumidifier will ensure the moisture in the air is properly addressed.
