This crawl space had two sections, one was very tall, and even had a poured concrete floor, the other a tight squeeze. The space was used for storage and suffered from humidity issues. The homeowners wanted to ensure this space was healthy and dry so they called up John's Waterproofing to craft a solution to fit this space.

Poorly Insulated Tight Crawl Space

The tight section of the crawl space had exposed fiberglass that was drooping in some sections, with exposed earth below

Large Crawl Space Area

The large crawl space area was damp along the foundation walls, and the homeowner had to use plastic bins, cardboard would mold.

Protecting the Crawl Space Shelf

We installed drainage, TerraBlock insulation, CleanSpace and air sealed the space with Spray Foam

Entrance from the Basement to the Tall Crawl Space Section

The Basement section houses the TripleSafe sump pump and SaniDry Dehumidifier to ensure ground water and moisture are properly addressed.

Ready For Storage

The space is now ready for storage, the CleanSpace installed is 20 Mil thick with a woven fiber through it and a 25 year warranty against rips and tears!
