Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Old Fiberglass in the Crawl Space Mess - Neskowin, OR
This homeowner discovered their crawl space was a mess from the old fiberglass that was present. They knew they would need some professional help, so they scheduled a free inspection with John's Waterproofing. We did a full crawl through, and drafted a solution up for the homeowners. We would clean out the old vapor barrier and insulation and install a full encapsulation. This will provide the space with insulation made for the crawl space, lowering heating and cooling costs. It will also deter critters as well as keep the space dry and healthy.

The homes major water issue was from Humidity, a SaniDry dehumidifier was installed to keep the moisture in the air controlled.
