The homes crawl space had water pooling over the top of the old vapor barrier
Fiberglass Insulation Falling
The old fiberglass insulation was falling in places throughout the crawl space
Wrapped in CleanSpace
The encapsulation uses CleanSpace, a 20 Mil woven vapor barrier that goes under each wooden post, is secured along the foundation and sealed, as well as sealed along each seam to keep groundwater out
Properly Insulated
The space now has TerraBlock insulation along the dirt floor with Spray Foam insulation along the foundation walls, both systems made to last in a crawl space environment
Sump System with Drainage
A full interior drainage system will collect groundwater and send it along the the new TripleSafe sump pump which then pumps the water safely away from the homes foundation.
