Inadequate support for crawl space floors is a common problem if water has seeped under the house. The SmartJack crawl space stabilizer is the solution to permanently fix saggy, bouncing, unlevel floors, inoperable doors and windows, cracked walls, and settling piers.

The SmartJack is a high-capacity, adjustable steel support designed to stop settling and if needed, raise floors back up to the proper level. How it works: each SmartJack post sits on a precast concrete pad set on a base of compacted stone. The support base will not settle like masonry piers or rot/ shift like wooden posts. The SmartJack is cut to size and installed underneath the sagging floor. The design allows for an adjustable screw to jack up the floor, and each SmartJack can hold an amazing 30,000 pounds!
