The space had been insulated with fiberglass, which was dingy from absorbing water

The space had large openings in the 6 Mil vapor barrier

We encapsulated the space and installed a radon mitigation system to help the space be healthy
Proper Insulation
To keep the space insulated we installed TerraBlock over the dirt floor and Spray Foam along the foundation walls
Fully Finished
The space is fully encapsulation and dry and healthy!
