Customer called to amp up their drainage system for their crawlspace. Our salesman, Vinny, found that most of the space was flooded. So Lupe made sure to have his crew help him drain out all the water before continuing. They also tore out the old vapor barrier due to tears and water damage starting to accrue. Making the space more open and easier to work with by leveling out the ground, and laid down the new vapor barrier. They then started the process of installing our SmartSump pump. Getting the drainage system started and leaving the space cleaner, and the customers reassured that with any weather problems that may occur, they are ready.
