Sump Pumps Photo Album: CleanSpace, Beaverton, OR

This crawl space had some definite moisture issues and our customer was unable to use it. She definitely needed a new vapor barrier put in and have some work done and she knew waterproofing was the answer. She gave us a call here at John's Waterproofing and we were happy to help. Our crew was out to her home shortly after her call and got the crawl space cleaned out, removing all of the debris and insulation.  The process only takes a few days and in that time, not only was the area cleaned out, but a new dehumidifier was installed. A SuperSump sump pump system was put in providing her with a very reliable pump, a Water Watch Alarm System and SuperLiner. The moisture issues were resolved and then the crawl space was encapsulated with the patented CleanSpace vapor barrier and Spray Foam for insulation. This crawl space is now a safe, usable space that our customer doesn't have to worry about for a very long time.
