This homes crawl space had a good slope, and the water would pool in the lower areas, causing damp odors. To address this issue the homeowner called up John's Waterproofing to get a quote to replace the 6 Mil. We ended up installing a pipe system to ensure water was directed to the lowest point where a new TripleSafe sump pump is installed and we installed a new 6 Mil vapor barrier, overlapping edges and running it up the walls to help it last a few years until the barrier will need to be replaced or upgraded again.
This home's old vapor barrier was encased in mud from water getting on top of the vapor barrier. To combat this water issue, a full crawlspace encapsulation was installed.
Water was seeping in from every corner in this basement. We came in and installed ThermaldDy Wall and WaterGuard to keep it warm and dry!
This homes basement kept flooring. The homeowners laid a vapor barrier over the floor to keep their storage boxes off of the water that would appear on the floor. The homeowners noted that the amount of water was getting worse, they would need a solution. They scheduled a free inspection with John's Waterproofing and we got to work. We installed a full interior perimeter WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, and BrightWall wall system to ensure water was safely guided to the drain system to be dealt with.
This home's sloped crawlspace had water pooling on top of the old vapor barrier throughout the space. To solve this issue we did a full crawlspace encapsulation.
