This customer had standing water in their crawlspace due to a certain area not draining to the sump pump correctly and causing damage to the vapor barrier. We went in and installed a new pipe to help drain the water to the sump pump. Along with a new vapor barrier for a clean and dry crawlspace.
These homeowners had leaky basement walls and called John's Waterproofing to help them. We suggested finishing their basement with our Thermal Dry Flooring and Everlast Wall Panels. Thermal Dry flooring has raised pegs underneath to create an airspace and keep water from getting into the basement. EverLast walls are neutral-colored wallboards that are immune to mold and moisture damage.
Brightwall keeps the basement dry while looking bright, finished and clean. The SuperSump sump pump works with the WaterGuard to pump out any water in the drain system.
Here is a customer who was having significant water damage in their crawl space. Our techs were able to go out and replace the sump pump and then waterproof the walls with BrightWall Paneling. This basement is guaranteed to stay dry for a long time.
The homeowners looked under their home and found water pooling on their old 6 Mil vapor barrier. There was mud and falling insulation throughout. The exterior entrance had a rotting wooden doorway. We replace the entrance with a new EverLast entryway. We then did a full encapsulation with a TripleSafe sump pump, TerraBlock insulation, CleanSpace vapor barrier, Spray Foam insulation along the foundation walls, and SaniDry dehumidifier. This system has warranties to ensure these products keep this space dry and healthy.
